As the anchor restaurant location for Railroad Square, it is very important to the landlord to find the absolutely best fit in terms of the entrepreneur and their offerings/menu. We hope to consider many different potential tenants for this space.

That is why the pricing has been kept at a very reasonable $12 per square foot for the 3500sqft of interior space. This is priced very competitively given that average rental rates for retail/commercial space exceeds $17 per square foot.

Additionally, we are not charging extra for the 2000sqft of covered front patio and the rental of approximately $100,000 of kitchen equipment.

This rate includes the lease of all restaurant equipment seen as-is and not warrantied. Tenant is responsible for their own equipment maintenance.
