a Warehouse Community for Creative Businesses and Artists alike
AFFORDABLE WAREHOUSE SPACE FOR LEASE
from $5.95/sqft annual
That’s $605/month for our smallest 1,100 sqft space (includes water, sewer, & sales tax).
With Tallahassee’s Market Rent being $8.03/sqft and Market Vacancy Rates just 1.3%, we know we have an in-demand property. However, curating the best community with the best tenant mix is more important than making top dollar!

WE HAVE BIG ASPIRATIONS FOR THE FUTURE
We want to build affordable housing at Railroad Village…
But, this is so much more than just another residential housing development... This is about giving this city (the capital of the third largest state in the nation) something it direly lacks, an urban lifestyle for local residents which they can be proud of and can afford.
Every large developer knows that there is a global trend towards urbanization. Many people want the live-work-play lifestyle that is gained when one lives within a short walkable, bike-able, or drivable distance to parks, jobs, restaurants, shops, fitness/health centers, and grocery stores. Tallahassee has had this lifestyle for out-of-town legislators and lobbyists for decades. Within the last five years, it has developed Collegetown which provides this highly desirable urban lifestyle for college students.
Sadly, Tallahassee’s locals have been left out of this urbanization. The backbone of our city’s populous, the majority of our citizens, have been completely neglected in this respect. The area lacks modern and respectable affordable / attainable housing. Let's give the locals somewhere to live in the heart of their great city. Let's build them the 200+ affordable housing units needed to achieve our own “Urban Lifestyle for Locals,” Tallahassee’s own version of Atlanta’s Beltline project.
